Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Customer service at the parts sales counter
  • Parts ordering and receiving
  • Assistance with special order parts for technicians
  • General customer service in a fast paced environment

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills
  • Think and work independently, the ability to multitask is a must
  • Courteous assistance for all customers, walk in and phone call
  • Knowledge of and ability to use computers to complete daily work tasks
  • Ability to engage and relate with customers to fulfill their requests parts and service
  • Knowledge of mechanical parts and service a plus, willing to train the right candidate
  • Background in customer service is helpful, but not required

Offering:

  • Full time position – 40 hours per week, weekend rotation required
  • Full benefits package- Health, vision, dental insurance offered after 90 days, Retirement after 1 year

About Dragoon's Farm Equipment

Dragoon's Farm Equipment has been a family-owned business since 1953. It started as an International Harvester dealership by Floyd Dragoon and was later taken over by his son, John Dragoon, in 1965. In 2023 the business was passed on to another family-owned partnership that will continue to uphold the traditions of the Dragoon family. Providing the North country with excellent sales and service.
We carry a complete line of lawn and garden equipment and also a full array of farm equipment.
