Overview
The individual in this position will build and maintain relationships with the customer by providing a wide range of customer services such as opening new accounts, originating consumer loans, assisting in the mortgage loan process, and assisting customers with queries concerning financial institution services.
This position will assist in developing and strengthening the customer experience by providing excellent customer service that is focused on innovation and adoption of digital, self-serve and interactive technologies.
This position has high customer contact, and the individual is expected to be visible within the community, promoting financial products and services to new and existing customers.
