Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and solving problems.

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Retail or point-of-sale systems
• Inventory control or receiving
• Customer service
• Lawn and garden equipment
• Construction equipment
• Outdoor power equipment
• Mechanical or automotive parts

No experience? No problem! We’re willing to train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Help customers identify and order the correct parts
• Research parts using diagrams, manufacturer catalogs, and vendor resources
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory
• Pull parts orders for customers and service technicians
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and special orders
• Process work orders and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with the service department to ensure timely repairs
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well stocked
• Deliver outstanding customer service every day

Skills & Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong customer service and communication skills
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Has an interest in equipment and mechanical products

Knowledge of equipment such as compact excavators, skid steers, loaders, tractors, trailers, generators, compressors, chainsaws, zero-turn mowers, snow blowers, and other rental equipment is helpful but not required.

Candidates must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting parts and climbing ladders to retrieve inventory, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule:

• Full-time or Part-Time available
• Weekend rotation required
